Preparing for the beekeeping year ahead
Cambridgeshire Beekeepers’ Association is delighted to welcome Stewart Spinks as he talks about preparing colonies for the year ahead
Early spring is not only the most fragile time for colonies and beekeepers, it is also a very busy time for the bees. Understanding what is happening in the hive during this time helps beekeepers minimize winter losses, maximize honey production for the coming season, and succeed in 2021
As well as the above Stewart will not only talk about the jobs to do in the spring but also advise on how he is preparing for the season ahead.
